- 监管机构措施 2026年3月24日 · Brazil's CVM Collegiate unanimously rejected a new settlement (termo de compromisso) proposal from IQ Option LLC in the sanctioning proceeding over alleged unauthorised public offering of securities-intermediation services to Brazilian residents; CVM noted the conduct allegedly continued after its 2020 stop order (Declaratory Act 17,790 of 2020-04-20) and that the case should go to judgment. Earlier CySEC decisions: fine of EUR 180,000 (announced 2016-09-30).
