- Regulator action 2022-06 · Malta's FIAU imposed a €244,679 administrative penalty on XNT Ltd (formerly known as Exante) for anti-money-laundering shortcomings, including insufficient enhanced due diligence and source-of-funds checks (MaltaToday, 2023-04-06).
