- Regulator action Oct 22, 2020 · CySEC announced a €120,000 settlement with Key Way Investments Ltd (then operator of CAPEX.com in the EU) over possible non-compliance with authorisation and organisational requirements, conflicts of interest, client information and certified-persons rules, following an onsite inspection begun in June 2019 (Finance Magnates, 2020-10-22).
