- Licence revoked Jan 22, 2026 · CySEC withdrew the CIF authorisation 332/17 of HTFX (EU) Ltd (decision of 2026-01-12, announced 2026-01-22) because the company expressly renounced it; the firm is now listed among CySEC's former investment firms. CySEC ↗

- Complaints about payouts 2026-07 · User complaints about delayed or unpaid withdrawals in 2025–26: WikiFX (article of 2026-07-23) counts 169 complaints in the preceding three months, citing cases from June–September 2025 (e.g. a USD 4,677 withdrawal requested 2025-07-21 still unpaid on 2025-09-09) and March–April 2026 (blocked logins, withdrawals pending for almost a year).
